A tip for you, if youre at least kinda good at drawing, (like even a tiny bit) I'd reccomend trying to draw your pixel art a lot before you do official or alpha designing. like, I have a ton of doodles of word art, Tenna, spamton, and rouxls for DS, and its helping with pixelart.
