I guess it's very obvious that Flashback (Excerpt) not only has THE HOLY leitmotif but also Gaster's theme which is literally blasted from the first notes

I'll be honest, I don't see any kind of resembalance between Gaster's theme and Flashback (Excerpt) other than the rhythm of the melody. The intervals are completely different.
The intervals are different and it changes on the 4th bar.

Nah, it’s the leitmotif. After all, quotes don’t don’t have to be direct rips. Besides, his theme is only documented in one song, when I swear it’s In others as well. I do get specifying a simple leitmotif to only the most obvious occurrences, but this is a bit too specific.
Disclaimer: I do have an unfortunate case of g-brain, but I do hear inklings in the AUDIO_ prefixed songs. And BURNING EYES has a chord progression from chaos king that I swear counts.

Yeah it's just even more obvious to me that ANOTHER HIM, ANOTHER HIM’s Gaster leitmotif is more abridged, and Flashback Excerpt is straight Gaster Theme just with the last notes changed a bit and the tempo shifted
To clarify, the chaos king chord progression is not across the entire song, it's in the but after the intro bit with the music box sound, so the middle section of the song basically
