Honestly, I'm seeing lots of people saying that Aqua is a parallel to Kris because of the theory that Kris was originally the aqua/cyan soul, but I don't think it's a one-to-one parallelism.
Also Kris being the aqua soul because of Kris' aqua-colored body doesn't seem that likely when you consider that was an aesthetic choice done by one of the concept artists and not by Toby Fox (https://deltarune.wiki/w/Kris#cite_note-developersourcespronoun4-72)

True, I don’t think Aqua and Kris are 1 to 1. I think all the flowers involve an aspect of Kris. Aqua and Seth are just the ones with an actual link to gender expression, with Aqua being in the process of Even knowing what gender is, Seth coming out over time in the chapter, and the like. Yellow is obvious, the self-harm, but some of them are activity based or Kris’s Desire of Protection.
