I got to Queen's Mansion, and i havent bought the Keygen. I havent progressed after that because i want to get Spamton's dialogue.
You first have to get the checkmarks from Hacker, then find the room in Queen's Mansion where Hacker is walking around, find a switch at the place where Hacker's head turns into a different cursor, then you arrive to the room where you need the KeyGen.
I mean his shop, thanks for trying to help though
Spamton's shop is in the Trash Zone, you can warp there using the Warp Door.
I tried to find it everywhere in that dang zone. BUT I COULDNT!! All i remember ABOUT WHERE IT IS was that it was when Noelle left the team (or maybe just you got abandoned)
Check the leftmost side of the Cyber City map we have, it shows the entrance to Spamton's shop. Are these doors open for you?

The leftmost side? Its blocked by a giant toilet.
You need to use the Warp Door in Queen's Mansion to warp to Trash Zone first. I don't think there's any toilet in the Trash Zone. Can you provide a screenshot?
That's when you go to the right. You're not supposed to go there, you're supposed to go to the left of the Warp Door.

I don't even need to get the hacker anymore. I just have the switch location memorized.
Kinda happens after you play Chapter 2 about 20 times
you don't HAVE to get the hacker, it just shows you and makes it easier. the switch is still there If you don't get him
