I used to be a big fan of Finale but I don’t know anymore and then of course there are all the Homestuck songs
I think Black is good but overrated, otherwise great picks

from deltarune ch1 is probably twr, maybe rude buster
from ch2 is probably smart race, or spamton or nyctba or deal gone wrong or big shot
from ch3 is probably ruder buster, or tv world, or doom board, or dump or glacier maybe
from ch4 is probably ripple or catswing, maybe the 2nd or 3rd sanctuaries
its harder for me to pick favourites with the newer stuff...probably something to do with recency bias

ASGORE is the best soundtrack, because of its dynamic remixability, citation: Final encounter, Die to Declare, Bereavement.
ASGORE, while possessing typical traits of a good soundtrack, also carries this to its descendants, making it thouroughly dynamic.
Final Encounter is good because of ASGORE, therefore ASGORE, which sports many goog spinoffs, is superior.
