Chapter 5, Flower King dark world serving partially as a contained version of a festival dark world
Before the dark world section, the light world section will be the festival
Papyrus will be there, I don’t want to confidently say any particular role he will play though
I’ve thought about the idea of him being the secret boss, but that’s a bit insane
Asgore will be the main boss, but he will try to stop the knight, who will show up after his battle, and there will end up being another knight battle at the end, since Asgore won’t be able to stand against the knight for long
Noelle will be in the party, and there will be a reveal that Dess is the knight, probably at some point before the knight battle, which leads to Noelle being involved in said confrontation, giving it emotional weight
The knight fight will be more in line with the difficulty for a required, main route boss, with the implication that it’s instinctively holding back against Noelle
Jackenstein will totally be there in some way
Mike (friend) will probably be there
There will be flower characters who try to influence Asgore’s behavior
We will be able to explore the Castle Town cliffs
The Flower King dark world will cause the secret of dark worlds to start to get out, Asgore could probably even make the dark world himself for this purpose, it could be what he was talking about with proving the truth about what he did (I think, as police chief, he encountered the knight while searching for Dess, getting the black shard from a scuffle, but couldn’t prove to anybody that the knight or darkness exists, causing him to be seen as insane)
Because of this, several lightners could end up getting dark world designs in this chapter, and having different smaller roles
A big idea in this chapter will be how lightners with a lack of fulfillment like Asgore and Papyrus can find happiness in the dark world that they can’t find in the light world, and won’t want to leave the fantasy
Oh yeah, and in the normal route, Noelle will try to get through to the knight’s emotions and not really succeed, but in the weird route, she will have to kill the knight with her increased power
I imagine the knight getting frozen, and since it’s always flying, it then falls and shatters, in a sort of blunt, shocking scene like Spamton getting his strings cut
