Vs Susie leitmotif in Chapter 3?

I'm relatively convinced that the opening of TV World uses the exact same leitmotif as the opening of Vs Susie. I'm not entirely certain of the significance of this, but the similarity sounds uncanny to me.

I think that what happens it's that the percussion of "TV word" has a similar rhythm to the melody of "Vs Susie". And not that they share leitmotif
