Okay, this is going to be controversial but... I don't want deltarune to end.
I want you to think about this with me. When deltarune ends almost all will be said and done. And then what next? We don't know, deltarune is one of the reasons I have such great friends and grad experiences this year and when it ends what comes of that. Now obviously toby will leave questions unanswered but theories and mediocre fan games will be all that's left. We don't know if there will be anything else after deltarune and I won't get my hopes up that there will be... But maybe we get updates to the old chapters once it finishes. Like replacing the Susie battle sprites with the ones that have her eyes visible. And modernizing chapter 1. I just don't know what happens after deltarune because there will be nothing to look forward to in the game.
Oh well I needn't gossip after all, when something is yet to finished, look forward to the end rather than hold onto the past.
Well, Undertale is almost 11 years as of now, and it still somehow lives on.
We'll get over DR ending. It will be sad, of course, but we'll still be happy and grateful for such an amazing game.

All that I imagine when people mention deltarune going on forever is the Voided ending but with Kris.

I understand the worry, but star trek fans of specifically/only the first couple series have existed for decades. It will likely become less active, but people will still talk. :3

I kinda feel the same way. Deltarune is such an awesome game, I don't really ever want it to end. Like, I want the story of the game to end, but not the gameplay. You know what I mean?
