its officially referred to as Side B in-game, official sources from Toby take priority over things from just a single developer like "Weird Route" or fanon names like "Snowgrave Route". To remain accurate, this change should be made despite the community vote on June 11th 2025.

It's Weird Route, Side B is prob Gaster's nickname for it
dr.ini refers to it as side b, dr.ini is the master save file for the entirety of deltarune, therefore dr.ini is more important and counts as better evidence for it being called Side B, not Weird Route

“Side b” refers to the b-side of a vinyl disc, which often stores different versions of the normal side content
Or a floppy disk, going by the computer analogy.
Both are official names. Susie literally uses "weird route".
It just uses the internal name here because it fits better thematically with the computer analogy.
Changing it away from Weird Route also creates inconsistent page names compared to Sword Route & the undertale routes (one of which even got referenced this chapter).
Also Weird route & side bare ingame and internal names. So far we're 1:1 in names actually shown during gameplay.
At some point we need to stop changing this. Weird route is already an official ingame name and already chosen. Why should it be moved?
This isn't ingame, it's an internal name... you're not meant to normally see it there.
