Since they haven’t actually been released in an OST collection, it would probably be more proper for them to go in https://undertale.wiki/w/Unused_Music_Tracks with the other unlisted tracks. Though that page could probably stand to be renamed (many of these tracks are not “unused”, just unlisted in the OST) and reorganized
I'd argue the downloadable OST at undertale.com/10 counts as an OST collection.
I think what we should do is do what we did with the deltarune wiki and split it into “unused” and “unlisted” pages
