The Great Board and Study, despite being pretty small locations are listed as separate from their respective bigger locations on the Category:Locations page, which is understandable. But should the Glade be listed as well?
It's a completely different environment from the Garden, yet considered a part of it, like the Great Board is for Field. I think that the change in environments is enough for it to be considered separate. It also has enough plot relevance as a separate location, with us unlocking platforming there and the location being a tutorial for it as well. Heck even the castle town buildings are listed as separate locations.
The only problem is that Glade is an unofficial name. But I'm sure that it's understandable enough. Actually I think that it should have its own separate page as well, but that might be too much.
Rather than seeing if other pages get split, I prefer to consider each page's own merits on their own. What would be the benefit of splitting the "Glade" area from Garden?

I think this is a good idea, it is a pretty distinct location. Do you want to make a draft of how a Glade page would look like?
This should be pointed out more prominently. The track that plays there is Quiet Glade, but I'm not sure that's enough to confidently call the area "the Glade". Interestingly, the shortcut door right by the "Way Home" SAVE point is called just "End of Garden".
It is clearly a visually distinct area from Garden, though, even with its own border.
Just call it End of Garden, Top of Castle-esque. But a sub-area this time.

Could also just full-on call it "End of Garden" since that aligns better with Top of Castle
