Save file for weird route?

hi. Because there aren’t any save points in Chapter 5 weird route, the file doesn’t appear on the Chapter Select screen right?

But do I have to keep that slot empty? How do i know that the game has saved my progress so I can continue it in Chapter 7? :)

it makes a seperate completion data file, filech5_X_b (where X is 3[1]/4[2]/5[3] or 9[4])

so, if you make a new normal-route save in the same slot, it shouldn't override it or anything.
but, i'd still keep it empty... if you have 2 saves in the same slot, i'm not sure how you'd actually select the right one come chapter 7

Tbh, I think u do the Fake Weird Route (nothing's changed) after the True Weird Route (drowning scene), in the same SAVE slot
