So I do not see why the Jevil/Spamton items trivia has to be deleted. The page is indeed about the RECRUIT system, which is about characters joining the party's town, makes sense, but “recruiting” can also mean “a character joining your party”, and Jevil/Spamton do join your team as items . The main subject is the game mechanic of course, but it's still notable that Jevil and Spamton gets “recruited” in the player's party. It was in the Trivia section as well, so clearly not a focus of the article, just an aside fact of the game, which some players might find useful to know and might think makes sense to mention due to “recruiting” also meaning “joining your team”. Does that not make sense? I'm just confused why it should not be mentioned here…
Fiddly terminology, I'd expect, but I'd agree with your viewpoint.
It should be centered on the mechanic.
Otherwise it would be confusing because Winglade (item) exists, but I don’t think it counts as part of the Recruit tally/effects…
I mean the page was already centered around the mechanic. A trivia being added does not make an article no longer focused on that. It's just adding a fun fact about something similarly named that is a bit similar in concept, but unrelated to the point of the article.
The term “Recruit” has a very specific definition in Deltarune, which Jevil and Spamton do not fit regardless of any technicalities. Other definitions of the term “recruit” are irrelevant to the page about recruiting enemies to Castle Town.
I understand that, for the actual article that is, but for a trivia that is clearly not the focus of the article? I don't see how a mention would hurt the article personally, especially since the same word can be used to describe what Jevil and Spamton became: recruited in the player's party.
