The formula says it’s (Current Melee + 65%)/2. What is Current Melee?

It's "Current melee's",[1] and it's referring to the damage multiplier applied to your standard attacks. As explained in the preceding sentence in that article, the melee multiplier starts as 20%, increasing by 1% per turn to a maximum of 35%.

  1. "damage multiplier" is meant to be inferred from context, although the current wording is a bit confusing ↩︎
