Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but in Shop 3 from 0:04–0:07, it sounds very similar to part 2 of the Six Flowers leitmotif, especially if you compare it to Sunset of Seven Suns.
Sorry, I deleted your edit on the leitmotifs page, but you're right, there are parts of Shop 3 that sound like the "Six Flowers" motif, just in other timestamps: 0:22-0:23, 0:32-0:34, 0:43-0:45, 0:54-0:56. These parts sound like the version used in Sunset of Seven Suns.
