I love the noir style but can't use it often because it feels incomplete without color but without that need to choose the right colors and add them, it's a lot easier to focus on the details

and who are they? are they different people or the classic fun gang?

he has a beard-g-well I don't know what it's called but sideburn beard things, a black porkpie hat, a detectivey suit (with pockets ig but they don't have to be shown) grey pants, greyer shoes, normal holed hands, rectangular glasses, his scar-eye is filled with blue light, he has a white tie
he can use his blue eye as a laser, which makes a blue laser with yellow swirly things around it
for a weapon, get a gaster blaster and mount it onto a rod with handles so it's basically just a deadly gun
I will make and send a prototype then we can fix whatever you don't like
mostly good but the hat's a rectangle shape, also maybe make the framing between the two lenses 1 pixel
