My thoughts about the recent Deltatraveler status update

Yes. I’m two weeks late on this. I only read it yesterday.

Anyways, here we go: Vyletbunni is suffering from burnout, and is taking an indefinite break from working on the game. As a fellow game developer myself, I 100% understand where this is coming from. If you are feeling like you need to force yourself to work on a game, take a break from it, for Pete’s sake.

Arena mode being canceled: was kinda excited for this, but I don’t mind that it’s not happening anytime soon.

Hard mode being canceled: There was a hard mode planned for the whole game? …Can’t miss what you never knew existed I guess

Deltatraveler Yellow being canceled: I actually didn’t want them to do this and just focus on the main game, so I’m not mad at all

Section seven being canceled: I don’t know anything about Toontown, and was mostly just excited for the Frisk fight and 3D Kris because that seems funny. I don’t really care about this section being canceled in full honesty.

Overall, I think this will probably be a good thing for Deltatraveler once Vyletbunni gets back to working on it.

No way it's that peak (watch me be insanely wrong when I inevitably play it)
On a scale of one to ten, how peak is it? And I hope the dev is doing ok. I hate seeing people get burnt out.

Deltatraveler is 100% an 11/10 fangame, you need to play it.

I recently played it for the first time, and yeah, you DO need to try it. JUST watching someone else's playthrough of it does NOT do it justice.

yea, its PEAK. U Just Gotta imange It As: “What If Kris, Noelle and Susie went On A Trip To MT Ebbot after the events of deltarune” cause when the full things out im 100% certain that They’ll Be Lots Of Changes with dialouge with the new chapters.
