I mean I can't blame you, he kinda exists as a gag comedic relief character who becomes a stupidly hard boss on one specific route, and because of that boss fight's music everyone loved him instantly despite him having no lore significance (as far as we know, anyway)

I just honestly don't know why but That scene from the end of chapter 4 really bothered me and I think that has made me permanatly dislike sans, and I always thought that sans was an okay character, I liked Papyrus more.
