No, on the Weird Route it's "LV3 Leader. Commands". The level increases when you seal a Fountain, and the screenshot was taken in Castle Town at the end of the Chapter.

I don't know what, but I regret starting it.
I enjoy that the description changes. It’s just like checking anything else in Deltarune, and it’s great! I even wanted to update Kris’s ACT section and the Encounter article’s ACT section to reflect this. Maybe I’ll update them to Chapter 5’s next time for fun if someone else doesn’t do it!
