Can someone tell me precisely HOW to get to the cutscene with Tenna and Spamton/Pipis aquiring

Also, I'd like step-by-step info on this.
In the room in TV world before the one with the Rouxls fight, there's a bunch of walls with screens, and the one on the low left corner has one screen covered in green. Interact with it and a secret doorway will open, and going to the right will give you access to the scene. Whether you get the pipis or the Spamton depends on if you have the Dealmaker or not. If you do, Spamton talks with Tenna, if not, you get the Pipis. I'm unsure if you need to equip the Dealmaker for the scene to happen or if you just need it in your inventory, but I'd equip it just to be safe.
Doesn't matter to me, as I always keep the Dealmaker equipped if I choose that one rather than the Puppet Scarf.
(Wait what about the puppet scarf??!?!?!?!?)
This also works with puppet scarf, and I also don't think they need to be equipped to pull it off, I may be wrong about that last part though.
FUN FACT: there is another secret room on the opposite side of that room as well, with a small thing you can do that doesnt really matter, but I'm gonna put a spoiler over the scene anyway, cuz its very whimsical and brought me a little joy from watching it for the first time.
There is a Goulden Sam and A Suilver Sam with text above them saying, “LOVE OR HATE?” When you walk in, you will be asked to make a decision, if you choose Love, they kiss and the text changes to rainbow and says “LOVE WINS!!” if you chose hate however, The goulden Sam will ram the suilver Sam out of the room and the text will turn red and say “HATE WINS.” BONUS: if you've lost over 5 enemies, then you don't get the choice, and the text box will say, “But the choice was already made.” And hate wins automatically. IDK but based on implications (Or I might just be an overthinking idiot) It might be a more deep cutscene then it lets on.

Fun fact: In one of the newsletters, Toby mentions that without the day one patch, an "optional cutscenes might play when it shouldn't." This is referring to the SpamTenna pipis scene, and how it shouldn't play during the weird route, since Spamton is presumably dead, but, without the day one patch, it plays anyways, only checking if you have the dealmaker or puppetscarf, and not preventing the cutscene from playing if you're on the weird route... Or, at least I believe that it's the cutscene he was referring to.
I did find it kind of weird when it happened during my weird route, I guess it wasn't intentional?
