A how to play Undertale two-Toriel?! Finally! I've had the game in my Steam library for months now without figuring out how to play!

Well obviously you put any one letter in as a name and then confirm it and close the game and go to your save file and change the name to Gaster.

In all seriousness though I once changed my name to Gaster, but went to do a non-true reset and could NOT find out why my game kept crashing every time I reset, even after changing the name of the SAVE file back from Gaster in my computer files.
I forgot the save the edits.
