OK I cannot help with this one because I have no idea how powerful Hornet is at the end of Silksong.
Yeah no if Hornet doesn't get the same massive damage boost as Frisk when she fights Undyne (and the fact that in Silksong she takes 2 masks of damage per hit) means she's COOKED
Frick, even WITH the damage boost if Hornet ever gets hit a fourth time she dies.
21 damage with max. Needle
And tools like throwing Knifes and little tacks
But there are things that makes the damage higher
Like Volt Filament and Flintslate
Also crit. Chance with Wanderer's Crest
And parry
And SHAW
And etc.
