Most online shops that allow for 3rd parties to sell items probably have them. Most in person retailers wouldn’t carry them (at least to my knowledge). If you do make an online purchase for one, just make sure that you check the whole description of the plush first, as sometimes they can try to rip you off.

I’m pretty sure Walmart online sells something of the sort (they at least sell bootleg Chara cosplay). If you go to some sort of tourist-y place there are often stands that sell unlicensed merch. Also, there’s a 99.99% chance AliExpress sells them.
