no, disagreeing with it to the point of harrasment is. again, i dont care if you dislike the headcanon, i dont like the common headcanon of susie being bisexual but i dont harass people who share the headcanon.

You can disagree but you don't have to argue. Plus at least it's a reasonable headcanon, like papyrus being in college with Asriel.
One problem; that's not a reasonable headcanon. Papyrus is almost certainly home, or we wouldn't have heard the trousles beforehand. And Papyrus wouldn't have moved and gone off to college in such a short time span, and in the span of our gameplay. Additionally, he would have come back when Asriel does eventually, which is another move on top of that. That's a lot of moving around for him, and in a period of just a few days.
