OK hear me out:
Green Pippins is somewhat close to Tenna, and exhibits fraudlike behaviours by pretending to be Mike in Tenna's partnership.
When Tenna finds out, there might be a dispute between the two, leaving sour feelings.
Some of this would be directed towards Mike, of course.
And Mike, knowing all this because he's Mike, would have told Tenna bad things would happen if Spamton (AKA future Green Pippins) signed the deal, which caused Mike to leave because he didn't want to be involved and targetted.
Now, throughout some undetermined shenanigans, possibly the Roaring, Green Pippins could be sent back and would perhaps continue similar activities, becoming an "Addinson", but because he isn't a real Addinson, he was kind of a failure compared to the other Addinsons. And so, he grew ever-more-desperate. The shadow crystal master would have contacted him by this time, and his full arc would be fully made into the "Spamton persona".
Now fully a salesman, Spamton (Green Pippins) would have become highly successful, and would have partnered with Tenna, because Tenna, of course, wouldn't recognise him. Not the only time, ironically.
The relationship would go decently until the incident in which Spamton left, leaving Tenna and fully abandoning Mike (or trying to), which is why Spamton's so sensitive especially towards Mike.
Spamton would then go into a downward spiral, no longer being actively helped by the shadow crystal master, and would go back to his old status of failure, not because he wasn't a good salesman, but because he was never a true Addinson.
The NEO body could potentially be some kind of contraption, perhaps formally a time travel device or the thing that kept him popular, I'm not really sure. After gaining access to it again, Kris and the fungus fight Spamton NEO, who now has strings attatched to him. But what if these strings aren't just about W.D Gaster, like Greenster theory says they are? They could represent his former life, and how he can never escape Mike & the whole lot.
His scene over the Freedom Motif also shows signs of privitisation and slipping into the Spamton mindset.

…isn’t this just a fanfic? theres like, barely any evidence, also how does green pippins go from normal pippins to malnourished freak? and even before the stuffies, how would he blend in with the Addisons? Do they just accept that “well guess he’s different” or did he somehow find a way to look like one? also, why would the roaring bring them back in time? Battat would have turned to stone already unless the roaring just sent him back for whatever reason.

I won’t argue about Gaster fight because I can’t prove that won’t happen, but Gaster was only split across time and space because he fell into his own creation, which is the CORE (as we know from Gaster followers)
so this semi-important character who is mostly a fun mock of Mike theorizing somehow gets into UNDERTALE, goes into the core which shatters him across time and space, which somehow brings him back to DELTARUNE in a stable enough form, decides to blend in with the addisons for whatever reason, become a big shot and yada yada spamton stuff, and never decides to check up on his original self and, yknow, warn him about anything once?

the way the blueprints are mentioned here is kind of weird compared to how stuff like the ice cream machine and mettaton's body are discussed, if that makes sense?
