The only enemy that you CANT murder with iceshock is also the ONLY enemy thats officially stated to be weak to ice
(Talking only about ones you can iceshock in vanilla btw)
To be fair, Berdley is an entire living birdboy, and not like, a an advertisement or plugs. I would hope that he is more resilient than plugs, programs, and computer mice.
A boss battle with a weakness to ice is stronger than a basic enemy who is neutral to ice too also, I suppose.
