PLEASE put zapper on one of those pixel grid things so I can know his dimensions. either that, or tell me what programs I can use to edit deltarune sprites and make them still look like deltarune sprites. i need this info for a pretty big project.
go to the spriters resource. it has spritesheets for almost every game.

i have the sprite sheet, that does nothing for the pixels. i just need to know how to edit the sprites while making them still look like theyre the same art style
use LibreSprite.
and art style... thats really up to you only. YOU have to figure that out.
