Devil’s Buster Route: Chapters 3+4

If you don’t know what the Devil’s Buster Route is, it’s basically a Chapter One Weird Route with, you guessed it, Susie. I highly recommend you check it out on YouTube.

JQR made a Chapter 2 continuation some time ago, so I decided to drop my ideas for the next two chapters.

Route Altercations

  1. Susie doesn't tell Ralsei about what they did at Kris' house, and there's no dialogue about Ralsei not being able to come to the Light World, instead, Tenna finds them naturally.
  2. Instead of Ralsei convincing Susie to go along with Tenna's gameshow, it's Kris.
  3. Susie attempts to name herself a more...vulgar swear.
  4. During the gameshow, she'll be a bit more determined to kill NPCs during Legend of Tenna
  5. Susie will commit to stealing the key from Tenna's shop.
  6. The weather couple gets heals from Tenna, to prevent you from killing them.
  7. Susie simply scares away the Pippins blocking off the minigame starring her, sparing 500 points.
  8. Susie won't thank Tenna for cheering up Ralsei.
  9. When captured by Tenna and forced to play the Doom Board, Susie won't stop punching the gachapon ball.
  10. During the Final Board of the Sword Route Susie will actually follow you to play the game, helping you beat Eram by throwing FRIENDs and Bombs back him.
  11. You’ll actually be able to skip Tenna’s final minigame with Susie’s Devilsbuster, dealing enough damage to defeat him violently. If you recruited enough Pippins and Shadowguys, you’ll still be able to fix him, but with some noticeable damage if you bring him to CastleTown.
  12. Susie won't attempt to cheer up Tenna after the battle (unless all enemies were spared), and just lets Ralsei tell him he shouldn’t worry lightners.
  13. Susie's motivation to fight the Knight comes less from Toriel (though maybe still a bit from Toriel considering what we know about them now).
  14. Susie won’t attempt to high five Kris after being invited to study with Noelle.
  15. Susie won’t call Carol a jerk, rather something more…vulgar.
  16. Even if the regular Weird Route isn’t performed, Gerson’s dialogue for it will still play.
  17. Susie won’t even care that Gerson doesn’t know what a Darkner is, assuming he’s just stupid. Gerson however will still follow, against Susie’s wishes.
  18. Kris will have to coax Susie into healing Jackenstein.
  19. Susie wouldn’t be able to care less that the Sound of Justice wasn’t actually Gerson.
  20. Susie’s Devilsbuster will be enough to break the Titan’s shield.
  21. Susie will jump inside the Titan herself, attacking it from the inside, and tearing to shreds.
  22. If all enemies were defeated, and the route isn’t aborted, Gerson will be the final boss after the Titan, the fight ending with Kris distracting Gerson so Susie can land the finishing blow. Gerson’s glass container in the Light World will be shattered, with hammer replaced with more dust than before.

Route Abortion

  1. If not a single enemy in chapter 3 was beaten, Susie will mirror the route abortion scene in Chapter 2 at the beginning of Chapter 4. Vice versa for Chapter 4
  2. The Hammer of Justice boss fight automatically aborts the route.
  3. If aborted in Chapter 2, Susie will be able to heal Kris with ease.
  4. Susie will be fully confident in her ability to heal Jackenstein, healing him with ease.
  5. If the Hammer of Justice fight was beaten on an already aborted route, Gerson will say he knows Susie wasn’t always the best person, and that he’s proud of her for her change.
  6. Upon seeing the last prophecy, instead of punching it, she destroys it Rude Buster.

as a huge fan of devils buster, this just feels… off. Susie Dosent Want To Do This Deep Down, In Chapter 1, she stills care about ralsei deep down. she would most likely cheer him up a little, like “Dumbass, You Clearly Mean Something, your here after all.” but in a mean tone or something, and 100% Would Not Tell Kris About Toriel taking her to the diner.
