Nari waits a little while. The moment is now, and it’s preciously wholesome. Surely nothing bad will happen…right?

A darkness, cesspools of guilt and shadows, swirl and grasp at Nari’s soul. Visions blur their mind from the wholesome moment with Cyrus. Visions of darkness, bloodshed, countless bodies and sacrifices, and most importantly, their body splayed out, lifeless. Whatever caused this, they’re moving quick, and they have to stop it.
Nari quickly leaves the Castle, in nervous haste.
(Geoff & Cyrus, offset)”I’m a hurry to leave, are we?”
Nari nods their head yes.
(Geoff & Cyrus, offset)”Alrighty then. Take care, and safe travels!”
Nari nods their head in somberly, as they’ll miss Geoff, and his charming jokes, they’re excellent synergy, and the way his demeanor can become serious in a heartbeat. And so off they go, on the Extra-Cavernous Trail.
Eventually, Nari exits the Crystal Cavern, and into the Traitor’s Forest, where dangerous silhouettes take form…
