Completion FILE - add changes from recruits too?

(This post is about the page subsection https://deltarune.wiki/w/Completion_FILE#Effects .)

If we're including every possible effect that doing something in a previous chapter can include even when obviously implied by "you retain your items" and hence having obtained an item in the previous chapter would imply this effect (for example, "whether you had any of the items that stop you from getting Ancient Sweet in your inventory during the light world cutscene before you have access to the dark world", which is in there under slightly different wording), then why not explicitly add effects from getting recruits from a previous chapter onto the page too? After all, these effects are often fairly major and (in ch4's case) can only be influenced by your actions made in previous chapters.

The Ancient Sweet is not just about the items that you have. At least according to the Ancient Sweet page, it's perfectly fine to buy CD Bagels in Chapter 2, as long as there are none in your inventory during the church segment of Chapter 4. However, if you ever obtained the Dark Candy or CD Bagel from the Field trees or Cyber City trash cans, you cannot obtain the Ancient Sweet, even if those items are no longer in your inventory in Chapter 4. So that information is actually relevant to Completion FILEs.

In terms of Recruits, I think specific details of events that are impacted by having specific Recruits are better covered on the dedicated Recruits page. Completion FILEs persist Recruits, and which Recruits you have cause certain effects. But the Completion FILE is not directly causing those effects.

Likewise, I don't think there should be any entries about "If you have [ITEM], which can only be obtained in [previous chapter], you get [effect]". Those effects are caused by the items themselves, and the Completion FILE only indirectly causes the effects by allowing items to be persisted.
