I ended up having to use a video to find Chapter 3's egg (and to find that I screwed it up already). Once I can actually get it, I'm going to rewrite the Chapter 3 guide on this page, and include screenshots.
Which part of the guide was confusing/incorrect?
Most of it. It relies entirely on navigation-by-landmark instead of supplementing written instructions with screenshots. Chapters 1 and 2 are helped by having maps of those areas; as of this writing, there is not a map of the broader TV World.
Just updating that I have rewritten the Chapter 3 section for the Egg, and made it as clear as possible. Thanks for pointing this out, and sorry I got to this late!
