I was looking through the article for Hometown and was wondering if Catty's House should be changed to Cattenheimer House because the Cattenheimer family lives there, rather than just Catty.

I guess this is fine, it's been split between Catti or Catty's house anyways.
So I've looked into the code recently, and, some scenes around the area for Chapter 5 has it internally described as catty_house, like this: gml_object_obj_town_north_catty_house_create_0
... So it gives the impression that "Catty's house" was fine all along.

It's okay! It was accidental oversight, but it would have been a good neutral name. We usually try to go by internal citations for names if something isn't actually named.
