This one is hard because I haven't played chapter 2 for myself yet. Appearance wise though, it's gonna have to be Berdly.

I voted for Berdly, but it's specifically our second fight with him in the alleyway. The one with Noelle.
Both of Berdly's fights are fun and the dialogue is hilarious, he's also the only one who really grows as a character. Purely in terms of gameplay I really like GIGA Queen's punch out style battle but it's pretty straightforward and there aren't any super memorable gags after the start.

I love the secret boss battle against Spamton NEO. There was just something magical about fulfilling the requirements to find him, and it was super sweet to finally find out what a Mettaton NEO boss fight might have been like. Granted, I had to look up a guide to find him, (and I'm very, very grateful someone made a spoiler-free guide that soon after Chapter 2 came out). It's such a cool fight!
I am surprised to see Spamton NEO is now tied with Berdly (and was behind before I voted). Of course, this is a small sample size, and I'm not losing sleep over it.
