Absence of Shop UI in Ch3-4

Not a single proper Shop UI in these chapters.
Because the things that actually sell items don't use the shop UI from Ch1-2.
Gerson's shop doesn't use it and doesn't use a sell option, and the sell option is in a separate object.
Chapter 3 only has vending machines that don't have such UI.
Does Toby have beef with shopkeepers?

What about Seam's Seap? (yes, that is the real spelling) You can go in during chapter 4. Or do you just mean new vendors?

They’ll probably come back in a later chapter. Chapters 3+4 already broke quite a few trends we saw in the first two.
